The National Development and Reform Commission's Price Monitoring Center recently monitored data on 36 large and medium-sized cities across the country. Judging from the current trend, domestic auto prices will continue to decline slightly in the fourth quarter.
Data show that as of September, domestic auto prices have been lower for five consecutive months, down 0.10% from the previous month and down 1.22% year-on-year. Both passenger and commercial vehicle prices have shown a downward trend. Among them, passenger car prices fell by 0.10% month-on-month, down 1.53% year-on-year. Among the subdivided models, the price of sports passenger cars decreased by 0.21% from the previous month and decreased by 2.60% year-on-year; the price of minibuses was unchanged from the previous month, down 2.45% year-on-year; the price of basic passenger cars (sedans) increased by 0.08 compared with the previous month. %, up 0.08% from the same period last year.
The price of commercial vehicles dropped from up to down, down 0.10% from the previous month and down 0.84% ​​from the same period last year. Among them, the price of commercial trucks fell by the same month-on-year. The price of commercial buses increased by 0.32% month-on-month and decreased by 0.83% year-on-year. Among the subdivided models, the price of light buses was the same as that of the previous month, down 0.34% year-on-year; the price of large passenger cars increased by 0.43% from the previous month, down 0.96% year-on-year.
Imported car prices continue to fall. In September, the price of imported cars fell by 0.04% from the previous month, down 3.96% year-on-year. Among them, the price of imported off-road vehicles decreased by 0.37% from the previous month and decreased by 3.39% year-on-year. The price of imported cars rose by 0.28% from the previous month, down 4.54% year-on-year.
